Let me share with you my personal experience with the Isagenix™ technology.

First, I'd like to tell you a little bit about my physical condition.

I have been taking good care of my body since I was in high school because I was fortunate enough to realize, at such a young age, that my health was the most important asset I had.

I started jogging and working out with weights since age 17. Today, 18 years later, I'm still doing both activities several times a week, as well as eating a well-balanced diet.
